PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY

One-on-one and small group yoga therapy sessions offer personalized guidance.

Private yoga therapy is a great option for those who are pregnant or postpartum, experiencing injury or other conditions such as anxiety, depression, cancer treatment, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, and more. Sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, visualization, guided imagery, Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations, mantra, and more. Each session is customized to the individual, meeting you where you're at. See the upcoming offerings page for the schedule of current group offerings.
